"Building Positive Relationships With Next Generation of Youth"
ROASA's Mission Our mission is to inspire young people to love themselves, respect their ancestors and others. Through our creative African American historical programs we foster a sense of self-esteem for all young people.

ROASA, Inc., is a platform to spark a collective awakening as we journey with our youth into the lives of positive role models who overcame obstacles to achieve success. We believe that exposure to notable individuals like Frederick Douglass, Carter G. Woodson, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Booker T. Washington, W.E.B. Dubois, Madam C. J. Walker, Rosa Parks, Sojourner Truth and host of present day role models will positively reorient the mind's of our young people. This awareness and identification with our elders and mentors will serve to empower our youth to desire their positive traits and then work to apply them to their everyday lives.
